Payment Authorization Terms

How payments may be authorized, processed, and applied.

Payment authorization may apply to purchases, financing down payments, deposits, recurring payments, account payments, failed payments, refunds, servicing, and payment-related customer communications.

Purchase In Full Payment
Customers who choose to purchase in full may be directed to checkout or another approved payment method.
  • Taxes, shipping, delivery, insurance, sizing, customization, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout.
  • Payment must be authorized and confirmed before order processing, shipping, delivery, customization, or product release.
  • Payment approval does not automatically override inventory, fraud review, identity review, or store policy requirements.
Financing Down Payment Authorization
Customers approved for financing may be required to make a down payment before financing becomes active.
  • The required down payment may vary based on product, review results, risk review, final terms, and store requirements.
  • Down payment processing may be required before agreement signing, account activation, product release, or delivery.
  • Submitting payment information does not guarantee final approval or account activation unless all required steps are complete.
Recurring Payment Authorization
If recurring payments are used, customers may be asked to authorize scheduled payments according to the final agreement.
  • Recurring payment dates, amounts, frequency, and payment method rules will depend on final account documents.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
  • Customers should review the final recurring payment authorization before signing or agreeing.
Failed Payments, Returned Payments & Account Impact
Failed payments may affect account status and order processing.
  • Failed, returned, reversed, disputed, or declined payments may delay product release, account activation, servicing, or fulfillment.
  • Late fees, returned payment fees, restrictions, delinquency status, or other consequences may apply where permitted and disclosed.
  • Repeated failed payments may result in additional verification, payment method restrictions, collection activity, or other account action.
Refunds, Returns & Payment Reversals
Refunds and reversals may depend on store policy, product status, financing status, and payment processor rules.
  • Custom items, altered items, resized items, special orders, worn items, or financed items may have limited return or refund eligibility.
  • Refund timing may depend on the payment processor, payment method, bank, financing agreement, and store policy.
  • Refunds may not include certain shipping, processing, customization, sizing, insurance, financing, or non-refundable fees where permitted.
Payment Method Updates
Customers may need to update payment methods during checkout or account servicing.
  • Updated payment methods may require verification or authorization.
  • Changing a payment method does not automatically remove past-due status or reverse account consequences.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring payment information remains accurate and current.
Payment Records & Receipts
Payment records may be retained for customer support, audit, compliance, servicing, and account management purposes.
  • Receipts may be sent electronically where permitted.
  • Payment records may include payment amount, date, method, product, account status, authorization details, and transaction references.
  • Customers should keep copies of receipts, agreements, authorizations, and account communications.
